Notre-Dame Companion is an independent reservation-assistance and digital-guide service operated by FON Group, Inc. It is not affiliated with or authorised by Notre-Dame de Paris, the Diocese of Paris, or any public institution. Cathedral admission and optional official reservations are free. Your payment covers our assistance, self-guided digital companion, and support—not admission, priority entry, or special access. Official availability and admission remain controlled by the cathedral.

What you pay for: independent assistance attempting the optional free official reservation process, mobile-friendly web guide access, practical visit guidance, interior route content, nearby recommendations, audio/history content where included, and email support. Cathedral admission is free.

History Upgrade is available after an Essential Visit purchase from the customer access page. It adds the History Lover audio/history content and deeper route material for $7 per visitor.

Digital content is delivered immediately after checkout. Homepage companion purchases are content-first products: customers add visit preferences later, and an unsuccessful reservation attempt is not by itself a refund trigger. Where a paid landing-page product explicitly includes outcome-based reservation assistance, a 100% refund applies if we cannot complete that assistance by its operational deadline. Duplicate or erroneous charges are also refundable. Mandatory consumer rights and any approved goodwill exception still apply.

Do you sell cathedral entry?

No. We do not sell or issue cathedral admission or official reservations, and we do not provide priority entry or special access. Your payment covers assistance, digital companion content, and support.

Is this the cathedral’s on-site audio guide or a guided tour?

No. This is our independent, self-guided digital audio companion, used in your own phone browser with your own headphones. No physical audio-guide device and no human tour guide are included.

What am I paying for?

Independent help attempting the optional free official reservation process, plus digital companion content, practical visit guidance, audio/history content, nearby and interior routes, and email support.

What if you can’t reserve my time?

You receive a 100% refund under our Refund Policy if we cannot complete the reservation-assistance service in time.

What does the reservation service mean?

You authorize our team to enter your name, email, phone, party size, and visit preferences directly on the official Notre-Dame website. The official system sends its confirmation directly to your email. We verify completion with an internal screenshot; we do not create or issue tickets.

What happens if my exact time is not open?

We try the closest available time inside your selected visit window. Official availability is controlled by the cathedral, so no exact time or admission can be guaranteed.

When do I receive the digital companion?

Digital companion content is delivered immediately after payment.

How do I receive the official confirmation?

When the official reservation succeeds, Notre-Dame’s own system sends it directly to the email you confirmed at checkout. Check spam or junk as well as your inbox.

Can I get a refund?

Digital content is delivered and reservation work begins immediately, so customer cancellations are generally non-refundable after checkout. You receive a 100% refund if we cannot complete the assistance service by the operational deadline, or for a duplicate or erroneous charge. Mandatory consumer rights still apply.

Why do you need the lead visitor name?

We use the name for your order and support record. We do not edit names or other content in an official reservation document.

Is payment secure?

Yes. Stripe currently handles checkout. Paddle may be used in the future as a merchant/payment processor. We do not store card details.

Which languages are available?

The public website is available in English and Simplified Chinese for now.

Reserved entry with a clear refund policy

If the reserved-entry service cannot be completed in time, the published Refund Policy applies.
