Entry to the cathedral itself is free and subject to official availability — we take care of securing your timed reservation so you don’t have to.
You get a full refund. If your reservation is not secured at least 2 hours before your visit time, you are automatically eligible — no arguing, no forms.
Your digital companion unlocks immediately after payment. Your timed-entry reservation QR is delivered to your access page as soon as it is secured — usually well before your visit.

No. Your QR code works from your phone. If you prefer paper, the original confirmation PDF is available to download and print.
