How our timed-entry reservation service works.
Pick a date and visit window at checkout. We attempt the optional free official reservation process; availability and admission are controlled by the cathedral.
When you purchase, you authorize our staff to use your confirmed contact and visit details. For today and tomorrow we email you a reservation we already hold; for later dates our team books on the official site with your details and its system emails the confirmation to you. We verify the completed process privately.
If the assistance service cannot be completed in time, the Refund Policy provides a full refund.
