How our timed-entry reservation service works.
Pick a date and visit window at checkout. We attempt the optional free official reservation process; availability and admission are controlled by the cathedral.
When you purchase, you authorize our staff to use your confirmed contact and visit details on the official site. If successful, the official system emails its confirmation directly to you; we verify the completed process privately.
If the assistance service cannot be completed in time, the Refund Policy provides a full refund.
