How our timed-entry reservation service works.
Pick a date and visit window at checkout. We attempt the optional free official reservation process; availability and admission are controlled by the cathedral.
When you purchase, you authorize us to use the submitted visit preferences for that attempt. If successful, we forward the official document without editing names or page content.
If the assistance service cannot be completed in time, the Refund Policy provides a full refund.
