How it works

Pick a time, pay, get instant digital access, and receive your official reservation when secured.

Choose your visit date and preferred time, tell us the lead visitor’s name and email, and pick your companion package. Your reservation may be secured up to 30 minutes before or after your selected time, depending on official availability.

Pay securely with card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal. Your digital companion — the audio guide, interior route, nearby map, and practical guide — is available immediately on the web and in our apps.

Our team then secures your timed-entry reservation using the lead visitor’s real name. When the official confirmation arrives, we attach it to your order: you can view the QR on your branded access page and download the original confirmation PDF.

If we cannot secure your reservation by the refund deadline — at least 2 hours before your visit — you are eligible for a full refund, automatically.

On the day, arrive a few minutes early with your QR ready on your phone and a piece of ID for each adult. Our practical guide covers dress guidance, security, and the best way to start your visit.

What exactly am I paying for?

Your purchase covers our reservation-assistance service and your digital companion: the audio guide, interior route, nearby recommendations, practical guide, and app + web access. Entry to the cathedral itself is free and subject to official availability — we take care of securing your timed reservation so you don’t have to.

What if you can’t secure my reservation?

You get a full refund. If your reservation is not secured at least 2 hours before your visit time, you are automatically eligible — no arguing, no forms.

When do I receive my entry QR code?

Your digital companion unlocks immediately after payment. Your timed-entry reservation QR is delivered to your access page as soon as it is secured — usually well before your visit.

Can my time slot differ from what I selected?

Your reservation may be secured up to 30 minutes before or after your selected time, depending on official availability. You always see the accepted window before paying.

Can I change my visit date later?

Yes — you can request a date or time change up to 3 days before your visit from your account.

If your reservation is not secured at least 2 hours before your visit, you get a full refund — automatically eligible, no arguing.
