About visiting Notre-Dame de Paris
Entry to the cathedral is free. An official timed reservation is also free and optional; visitors may also join the queue without a reservation. The cathedral issues official reservation documents only through its own website and app.
Notre-Dame Companion is an independent assistance service. We can attempt the official reservation process using the visit preferences you provide, then forward the official document without editing names or page content if successful. Availability is not guaranteed and normally opens only close to the visit. You can always make the same free reservation yourself on the official website.

Is Notre-Dame entry free?
Yes. Cathedral admission and the optional official reservation are free. Your payment is only for our independent reservation assistance, digital audio guide, and support.
Are you Notre-Dame de Paris?
No. Notre-Dame Companion is an independent booking and guide service operated by FON Group, Inc., not affiliated with Notre-Dame de Paris, the Diocese of Paris, or any public institution.
Do you sell cathedral entry?
No. We do not sell or issue cathedral admission or official reservations, and we do not provide priority entry or special access. Your payment covers assistance, digital guide content, and support.
What happens if my preferred time is unavailable?
We try the closest available time within your selected visit window. Official availability is controlled by the cathedral, so no time or admission can be guaranteed.
When do I receive my guide?
Mobile guide access begins immediately after checkout.
What if you can’t reserve my time?
If we cannot complete the reservation-assistance service in time, the Refund Policy entitles you to a full refund.
Can I cancel?
Full refund if you request it within 72 hours of purchase and your visit is at least 72 hours away. If your visit is sooner, a 50% refund is available up to 12 hours before your visit. You always get a full refund if we can’t reserve your timed entry. See the Refund Policy for details.
